Background

The Boring part:

Born in 1971 in Sweden

Active as a swimmer from age 4 to 18, forced to quit due to injuries

Started playing baseball for fun at age 27, quit the year after due to injuries (after the team won the 2nd division title)

Has played a lot of other sports, but never organized, since let’s face it…the trend is towards injury!

Graduated with a degree in Chemical Engineering (Major: Process Chemistry, Minor: Environmental Chemistry) from LTH in Lund, Sweden.

Spent time in the Swedish Army, current rank is Sergeant, NBC-specialist.

Have worked as/is working as: lifeguard, warehouse worker, development chemist, IT-specialist, Process Operator, reader for an online publisher.

Have travelled across Europe and North America, some in the Caribbean, in Southern Africa and parts of the Middle East.

Used to spend time reading, writing, scuba diving and playing golf.

After meeting my wife online, marrying her and moving to Denmark, I now spend time renovating our home, helping with my 6 year-old step-son and newborn daughter, reading and writing. And once in a blue moon I play a some golf (about 5 times a year) and badminton.
